A new joint command comprised of the heads of these Yemeni groups will centralize leadership of anti-Houthi military operations on the west coast under the command of Maj. Saghir Hamoud Aziz. Though no exact numbers are publicly available, Sudan contributes thousands of troops to the Saudi-led coalition.
