Bang next to a strip club in a disgusting area. Place tries its best and it IS a decent hotel but the location is trash. Being in "the centre" is not a good thing here I visited this hotel for a short trip of two nights. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and helped me plan out the things I would like to see.
They even booked my tours and taxis at short notice. Specifically, Cristian went out of his way to ensure that my stay was great. The rooms were big, clean and modern. As this is an express hotel, the lobby and restaurant is small, however this did not bother me at all. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Santiago. Ideally situated in close proximity to major places of interest, this hotel had staff that were always helpful, a lift that worked more times than not, and excellent rooms and facilities.
The breakfast area was a tad restrictive but it worked for us, although in a summer rush it might get crowded. No laundry facilities at the hotel but an inexpensive one available two minutes away. When we decided to stay here I was a little worried about the hotel being noisy because of its location - it wasnt. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, main routes and the metro. Made sightseeing a breeze.
Our room was on the 6th floor fast elevator was spacious, clean, modern, beautifully warm and really quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we could have stayed there all day. Breakfast was included and had a great variety to suit all tastes. We met four different front of house staff and each one was courteous and helpful. No complaints and can highly recommend the property. Room was a good size and facilities were excellent.
No noise from other areas. Staff were able to help with all enquiries. Breakfast included fresh fruit. Easy to access all main sights.
