Staff great, very clean, good breakfast, coffee great. Only suggestion is better lighting in bathroom above sink is needed and shower is very small. Very quaint hotel. Best hotel in the Montmartre area, close to metro Blanche and the trendy restaurant area of rue des Abesses. Soundproof windows make for a good night's sleep! Friendly and helpful staff. Best feature : the terrasse on the 7th floor for drinks and nibbles with a view on Paris towards the Eiffel tower, fabulous!
We stayed overnight in this hotel. It is nice that it is kept very clean. Also, they have good WiFi connection. The area of the hotel felt relatively safe. We were able to take walk around till late in the evening 11pm. The basilica is just a few blocks away which is good.
We did our self-guided walking tour on a very relaxed pace. The staff were great and very kin The staff were great and very kind to assist us in every way especially when we needed to confirm our booking with a tour agency. They let us leave our baggages with them throughout the day even when we have checked out already.
There is this small Chinese restaurant nearby, seng ly, which serves very good food for a cheap price. Served us well when we were hungry and craving for rice! Over all our stay in hotel montmartre was great! A very friendly staff. Very helpful. It was very important for us to leave our luggage before check in and check out and it wasn't a problem at all.
The metro station was 5 minutes walk. They provided bus transport to two of Paris airports. Breakfast was great no cold meat but I think it's a standard in hotels in Paris. The only two things on the down side: no lift The only two things on the down side: no lift sometimes it can be really annoying and the reception is closed from midnight till 6am but I think you can use a ring to get in. I was very happy with this hotel. It's maybe not the cheapest but it's Paris!
