All products represented on this website, are directly procured from the vendor and delivered to you without any changes/repackaging. GOODbynature will not be held responsible in case of any products that do not satisfy your expectations.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order/item that you have paid for and is not yet delivered, please write to thecocopune@gmail.com with your request within 6 hours of placing the order.
We will verify with the vendor whether the cancellation may be processed and then cancel the order based on vendor approval.
You will get an updated regarding your cancellation request within 1 working day, and if approved, the amount paid will be refunded within 10-12 working days.
Refund/Return Policy
If you wish to return an item that has already been delivered to you, please write to thecocopune@gmail.com with your request within 1 day of delivery. Refunds/returns for perishable items will not be possible. We will only process refunds and returns in case of damaged goods, based on approval from the vendor.
You will get an updated regarding your request within 7 working days. In case your request is approved, your money will be refunded within 10-12 working days.
