These terms may be updated from time to time in the future. You agree to review our Terms of Service regularly by visiting this page. Your continued access to or use of the service will mean that you agree to the changes. You will be notified of any significant changes to our Terms of Service.

Order fulfillment

  • You agree that the products that are stocked on your vendor list correctly represent the actual product. Any updates in packaging, display, description, MRP, ingredients, etc. will be reflected on your website.
  • You agree that the products in the store will accurately reflect their availability and orders made on this website will be fulfilled.
  • You agree that the specific orders will be ready for pickup, at the specified pickup address, in the agreed time slot.
  • You agree that in case of unfulfilled orders / damaged items, you will be expected to reimburse the paid amount.
  • In case of unfulfilled orders / damaged items, you agree that a penalty of 5% of MRP will be levied by GOODbynature.
  • If there is nobody at the pickup location to hand over the order, you agree that the specific items will be delivered to the GOODbynature office by 7:00 PM of the same day. Failure to do so, will mean that the order(s) is unfulfilled (see points above).

Store Profile

  • You agree that you have visited the Vendor Dashboard, and updated the details regarding your store, with accurate store name, address, contact person, etc. Also ensure the bank details are correctly entered in this page.
  • You are aware that the store manager page allows you additional features such as updating your brand logo, social media profile, etc. You are also invited to contribute to the website with informational articles related to your brand.


  • You agree that payments will be received once in a week, for all completed orders through bank transfer.

GOODbynature reserves the right to cancel a product or a vendor as per their internal assessment.
