Yellow Chilli Flakes are prepared by hand crushing dried yellow chilies that grow in the southern part of Kashmir and on the lower elevations of the Himalayan Belt. This fiercely spicy chili is great for most dishes – on pasta & pizzas to soups & sauces.
Transfer the yellow chili flakes in an air-tight container and store it in a cool and dry place at regular room temperatures. However, make sure that there is no direct contact with sunlight.
