Description

HOW TO COOK THIS RICE:

  1. Soak vedic red rice for a minimum of 45mins to 1 hour before cooking
  2. In a deep vessel put water, add pink himalayan salt and 1 tsp of Desi ghee, mix everything well and bring it all to a boil
  3. to this boiling water add pre-soaked vedic rice and on low flame cook the rice until its soft when pressed between your fingers
  4. Serve with any side curry based dish
