Wow. Just wow. This honey is raw, unfiltered and straight from the honey combs of the bee boxes nestled throughout the jungle in the hills behind Panchgani. Raw, unfiltered honey is the only way we should consume it. In this state, it is packed with good bacterias, wild yeasts & antioxidants.

This is a bespoke honey and is limited, availability throughout the year depends on the bees themselves! The bees to whom we owe this honey are treated ethically and with respect – never using smoke to sedate them and only taking the surplus honey from the top of the bee box as to not disturb the bees’ necessary honey supply.
