Description

Open the bottle to experience the wonderful tangy, aromatic and intense flavours of CAPERS that add a delightful touch to Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
The younger and smaller the buds are, the more flavoursome they will be.
These capers in sea salt are large-sized and cured only in Tuticorin sea salt and hand-turned every 5 to 7 days till they turn tender. This is done under careful supervision so as to allow the capers to be rightly cured.
