Our Indian avocados are buttery, delicate, and very creamy. They’ll need to ripen a bit more at home; to speed it along, pop them in a paper bag with a ripe banana (or wrap in a paper). Check to see if they’re ripe by giving a gentle squeeze on top.
Add to salads, sandwiches, and smoothies; make guacamole; for an easy meal mash onto toast with a squeeze of lemon and any seasoning.
Store outside until ripe then transfer into the fridge. Consume with a day or two once they ripen. (May take up to a week or so to ripen)
