Amchur Powder is made by drying slices of raw unripe mangoes and then crushing it into a powder. A key ingredient in chaat masala, its tangy mango flavour is needed in any dish where acidity is required – from stir-fried veggies to curries.
Transfer the Amchoor powder in an air-tight container and store it in a cool and dry place at normal room temperatures. However, make sure that there is no direct contact with sunlight.
